She excels at developing and maintaining long-term working relationships with a vast network of professionals, leveraging her expertise in dementia care and behavioral health. Through her extensive hands-on experience, she is a valuable liaison to families, caregivers, and professionals, consistently delivering exceptional care experiences.

Head of Operations

Patrick's 25+ years of experience in the tech industry equip him to lead software, systems, and operations at Exceptional Care.
